Liaising between lawyers and the municipality – regarding title deeds, conveying certificates, removal of restrictions.

Would require all specialists to be on boards by this time – E.G. Engineers etc.
Municipal submissions after budget & design requirements are met (San10400 – regulations)

Architectural Drawings

Taking control of your design requirements, while giving you 40 years design experience.

Interior Design

Layout of furniture and putting together a colour scheme in conjunction with interior design.

Kitchen & BIC Design

Functional design as per clients requirements and our input with elevations and floor plan corresponding with architectural and interior design schemes.

3D Perspectives

To give the client a visual idea of the architectural, interior and kitchen/BIC design.
